You invest capital, and we handle the rest - from sourcing to management. You receive updates and distributions, with no daily involvement needed.

What is the minimum investment?

Opportunities are for accredited investors. Minimums typically start at $2,000, but vary by deal. Details are provided for each offering.

How are distributions handled?

Distributions are sent quarterly (if the building produces cash flow), along with performance updates. Investors receive their share of cash flow throughout the investment period.

What experience does your team have?

Our team has a strong track record in sourcing, financing, and managing multifamily assets, working with local and institutional partners. Collectively we've completed over 1,000+ transactions over 7 different markets, and have extensive relationships with local teams.

How do I know your fund is legitimate?

We are a Reg D 506(c) fund - a private real estate offering that lets us raise capital only from accredited investors like you, allowing us to publicly share the opportunity while keeping the process SEC-compliant and streamlined.

What is an Accredited Investor?

An Accredited Investor is someone who meets specific financial criteria set by the SEC - typically having a net worth over $1 million (excluding their primary home) or an annual income over $200,000 ($300,000 for couples) - qualifying them to invest in private offerings like ours.

Can you hold my spot if I place a soft commitment?

Placing a soft commitment in our portal simply expresses your interest - it does not secure your spot. No funds have been received, so your place is not guaranteed. Spots are filled on a first-come, first-served basis, and only once your funds are submitted will your spot be officially secured.
